The U.S. House of Representatives passed a legislative package Tuesday in a close 217-214 vote, ending the brief partial shutdown with the support of most Republicans and some Democrats.

All but 21 lawmakers from each party voted uniformly, with Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) acting as the sole abstention.

What happens now?

Following the funding package’s passage in the House, it will be sent to Presidentย Donald Trump’s desk for his signature.

Lawmakers now have a week to reach a deal over reforms to the Department of Homeland Security, which includes Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Border Patrol, before the funding runs out Friday, Feb. 13.
